MACHINE 12308

Line for continuous melting, casting and rolling an aluminum strip consists of
the following devices:
- Casting machine
- Rolls for hot rolling
- Rolls for cold rolling
- Two coiler

The machine is adjusted to the width of the casting tape, typical for which
the depth of the groove is chosen, and as follows:
for width 130 mm; groove depth 20 mm
170 mm; 20 mm
200 mm; 25 mm
220 mm; 25 mm
235 mm; 25 mm
250 mm; 25 mm
300 mm; 25 mm
Output speed 3.5 - 6 m / min.

The cast strand passes through the Sync device used to maintain a constant
tension to the mill for hot rolling, where is the main reduction in thickness.
Proper dimensions and state is achieved after cold rolling.

- Input speed 3.5 - 6 m / min.
- Output speed of 5.8 - 21.8 m / min.
- capacity: 4.5 t / h

- dimension output 300 - 130x5, 5 mm (min.)

cold rolling:
- Input speed 5.8 - 21.8 m / min.
- Output speed of 40 m / min.
- capacity 4.5 t / h

- output dimensions 300 - 130x2, 8 (min.)

After cold rolling mill is the "flying" saw to cut the tape.

Input speed of 45 m / min. (max), the material temperature 80 - 150 C,
Capacity: 3 rolls / h

Width range: 130 - 300 mm
width aberrance: (-2) mm
Thickness range: 3.2 - 12 mm

Dimensions of roll max outer diameter of about 1500, the internal diameter of
about 500 mm, max weight roll around 1,500 kg.
