Wastewater Treatment Plant
The Mill includes a Wastewater Treatment Plant which was new in 1979. The
plant operated for a total of approximately four years before being
placed in storage, and this has seen very little usage. Its purpose is to
remove suspended solids and cool the wastewater.

An extensive set of drawings, operating manuals, and records are included with
the equipment. Technical assistance for reinstallation can be provided by an
outside contractor at an additional cost. An inspection of this equipment in
1990 by an independent contractor declared the Wastewater Treatment machinery
at that time to be in excellent condition, and it has been in inside storage
since that time.

Call, write, or fax us today for more information or to set up an inspection
visit.
